Eggplant Pizza Recipe in Hindi

Ingredients ▢ 1 tablespoon Olive oil - for the aubergine ▢ 200 g (1.66 cups) Plain flour - plus extra to roll out ▢ 4 g (0.75 teaspoon) Fast action yeast ▢ 1 pinch Sea salt ▢ 0.5 teaspoon Sugar ▢ 1 tablespoon Olive oil - for the dough ▢ 110 ml (0.5 cups) Water ▢ 6 tablespoon Pizza sauce ▢ 2 Baby aubergines (eggplant) ▢ 100 g (3.5 oz) Mozzarella ▢ 30 g (1 oz) Soft goats cheese ▢ 3 tablespoon Pesto ▢ Rocket (arugula) - optional ▢ Balsamic glaze - optional

Apna pizza stone oven mein rakh dein aur 220°C/200°C(fan)/425°F/Gas 7 tak preheat karein.

Griddle mein thoda sa tel garam karein aur baingan daal kar dhimi aanch par har taraf se 60-90 second tak pakayein.

Aata, yeast, namak aur chini ko mix karein. Usme tel aur paani daal kar dough banayein. Usko ungliyon se phelayein aur rolling pin ka istemaal na karein. Dhakkan ke size tak failayein aur aate waale pizza peel pe rakh dein.

Pizza dough par pasta sauce phelaayein aur uske baad baingan, mozzarella, bakri ke panne aur pesto se sajayein.

Pizza ko garam pathar par slide kare, 25 minute mein oven mein turant vapas le jayein taaki garmi na nikal jaye.

Top par rocket (arugula) aur balsamic glaze dal kar serve karein.
